People of the 20th Century
The 20th century is over.
In order to save an impression of the people of that century, the Berliner photographer Anke Jacob has portrayed 100 time witnesses from the individual years of birth 1900 - 1999. In addition to first name and year of birth, an aphorism of the respective man, woman or child is mentioned as a caption under every portrait.
